Our online shop is now open. However, due to measures put in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19, your order may take longer than usual to be sent from our warehouse. We are currently fulfilling orders within 3-5 working days, but some may take longer. Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse Monday to Friday (excl Bank Holidays).

*Please note: Products that are made to order are delivered within 5-7 working days on both standard and expedited services, and will be shipped separately from standard products. Made to order products are indicated as such on the product page.

Can I order online and pick up in store? 

Yes. Please select the Click & Collect option when checking out. The collection point is the Houses of Parliament Shop on 12 Bridge Street.

If you are a Parliamentary passholder and would like to collect from either the House of Commons Shop or the House of Lords Shop on the estate, please let us know by using the special delivery instructions field on the basket page. Alternatively you can email us or call us on 020 7219 3890. Please leave us a message within 1 hour of placing your order. 

How do I know if my order has been posted?

You will receive an email from us as soon as your order has been posted.

Can I change the delivery address after I have ordered?

If your order has not yet been dispatched please contact us on +44 (0)20 7219 3890 or so we can change the delivery address.

Do deliveries need a signature?

Most UK deliveries do not require a signature. Deliveries to overseas addresses, however, will often require a signature. 

Deliveries of made-to-order products may require a signature. 

Will I have to pay import duties if ordering from abroad?

If you order for delivery outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are charged when your order arrives at its destination. You will be responsible for paying these.

The Houses of Parliament Shop does not have any control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country from the country you are sending to. The Houses of Parliament Shop will not be liable for any breach of any such laws.


How do I return an item?

Our returns policy is 28 days. If more than 28 days has passed since your purchase, unfortunately we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or confirmation email.

If you would like to return an item over £50 we suggest using a trackable postage service.

How do I return a made-to-order item?

Products that are made to order (such as personalised items, framed prints and canvases, and some consumable items) cannot be returned unless damaged or defective. Please see our Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges Policy for more details.

Do I have to pay for postage to return items?

You will need to pay for postage to return items. Postage costs are non-refundable. The amount we refund you will be minus the postage costs.

When will I know if I can get a refund?

Once we receive and check your returned item, we will send you an email to let you know whether or not we are able to refund it.

If we are able to refund you, your original payment method will be automatically credited within 28 days.

If after 28 days you haven’t received your refund please contact your bank as it may take some time for the refund to be processed.

Can I return my order in store at Houses of Parliament shop?

Can I exchange an item?

We only replace items if they are damaged or faulty.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us on +44 (0)20 7219 3890 or email where we can arrange the return of your product.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
