This elegant vintage from the champagne house of Gardet gives a feeling of consistency, structure and balance. The nose has lemon notes with peach and apricot, herbaceous and a hint of flint. On tasting you will get appealing aromas of citrus fruits, pear and peach, with hints of vanilla and brioche. A perfect balance of richness and freshness, sweet fruit flavours, and zesty acidity. 

Maison Gardet was established in the 19th Century in Epernay by Charles Gardet, then moved to Chigny-les-Roses under the ownership of the Prieux family. A real luxury, for those very special occasions. The 2013 Vintage with its complexity can stand up to canapes, shellfish dishes and delicacies such as oysters, cheese platters, poached chicken supreme, and langoustine ravioli.
