Fresh and round, with notes of red berries, structure, strength, with a good balance on the finish. On the nose, fresh red berries with a note of orange peel and grapefruit with a hint of peppery spice. A natural taste, between simplicity and elegance.

Maison Gardet was established in the 19th Century in Epernay by Charles Gardet, then moved to Chigny-les-Roses under the ownership of the Prieux family. Very stylish aperitif, on its own a refreshing summer evening drink, but can accompany Moroccan lamb tagine, light fish dishes and shortcrust strawberry tart or cakes.
