This new limited edition House of Commons gin has been made entirely using a one shot method, meaning each and every bottle is filled from a single run. This makes each small batch entirely unique, and more importantly, even better tasting. 

It's produced by Monterey Gin of Cornwall, who distill, bottle and label their gins by hand at their site on the banks of the Helford River. To create this award-winning gin, Monterey use a very distinct palette of premium botanicals and employ a filtration method that preserves and accentuates their distinctive oils and flavours. 

The bottle is made from 100% recycled glass, the cork is an agglomerate of recycled cork pieces, and the closure is commonly recyclable aluminium.
