House of Commons Spreadable Salami
The House of Commons has partnered with Caprelous Fine Foods of Dorset to offer a new range of British-sourced produce. Their Dorset Soft Salami is a spreadable, ready-to-eat, ambient pate-style salami inspired by Ventricina from the Abruzzo region of Italy.
This award-winning product is made with free range Dorset pork seasoned with a complex blend of herbs and orange zest. The sausages are filled into natural hog casings before being fermented and air dried.
Treat it like a pate and spread it onto toast or a cracker, perfect for seasonal canapes or a Boxing Day buffet.
Ingredients: Pork, pork fat, salt, port, (SULPHITE), paprika, garlic, fennel, rosemary, orange zest, black pepper, white pepper, juniper berries. 130g pork used for 100g.
