The House of Commons has teamed up with the Chuckling Cheese Company of Lincolnshire to bring you a selection of new cheeses for Christmas 2024, including this outstanding charcoal cheddar. 

Bold in colour and flavour, this black wax-sealed cheese isn't just a cheese board attention-grabber. With its delightful crumbly texture, rich savoury tang and delicate smoky undertones, it's also likely to be a real crowd-pleaser. 

It pairs well with just about any chutney or pickle, but we recommend something sweet to harmonize with the savoury flavours, such as our Irish Black Butter.
