Sealed in a red wax, this delightful cheese is packed with big flavours: a hint of sweetness from real ale, a touch of piquant from the mustard seeds, and bags of savoury tanginess from a classic cheddar.
It's an incredibly moreish combination, and works perfectly with our new Pear and Stout Chutney from Wild & Fruitful.
